Does Buy It Now Furniture have other items not shown on your web site?
YES - we have hundreds of items available ( some not shown on our site ) please call or email us for any special requests or shopping treasures you are searching for. Because of our many relationships we can locate and delivery additional items that are not shown on our web page like: Leather sofas, bedrooms, accessories, recliners... almost any type of furniture item.
Are the items shown on your web page available in different finishes or options?
YES - In most cases we can hand customize any request you may have, from finish options to complete design and manufacture of an item. All we need is a sketch or drawing with dimensions and materials requested. Our hand-forged iron furnishings and wood products are are available in many finishes.
How long does it take to receive the furniture I have ordered?
In most cases if we have the item in-stock it can be processed and sent out within a few days. We ship to every continental US state every week. In some cases because our products are hand-made and finished to the highest standards, it may take longer (up to 6 weeks). All custom orders and unique product searches may take longer. Can your iron furniture be placed outside?
Our iron furniture products are intended for indoor use. Because our products are well made from hand-forged iron they easily could be effected by the weather or moisture from rain. The properties of iron make it one of the strongest elements available and will last for many generations as long as care is taken in keeping it indoors.

Do you ship anywhere in the United States?
YES - We ship everywhere in the continental United States and Canada. Our Classic delivery team blanket wraps and inspects every piece before it leaves our warehouse and upon arrival at your home will set it up, move it to a desired location in your home, hang mirrors, etc... and clean up all packaging material, leaving your home as we found it. We provide a red carpet, white-glove delivery experience.
Do you accept Major Credit Cards?

Can I return an item if damaged?
YES - If an item is damaged due to shipping we will exchange the item and redeliver it at no charge to you. See our Return Policy.

We have delivered to some of the most interesting locations in the coastal and mountain areas - providing turn key delivery and setup to condos, mountain homes and retirement homes without the customer being there.
